Terms of Service

Welcome to JJJ Techs Heating & Cooling. By accessing our website (jjjtechshc.com) or booking our residential and commercial HVAC, electrical, or refrigeration services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Services & Estimates

All estimates provided online or over the phone are approximations based on standard site conditions. Final pricing is subject to on-site physical inspection by a licensed JJJ Techs technician. Any unexpected structural, electrical, or ductwork modifications required to complete an installation safely will be discussed and approved by the customer prior to work commencing.

2. Appointments, Cancellations, and Emergency Service

  • Scheduling: Customers agree to provide accurate access to their property at scheduled appointment windows.
  • Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours' notice for non-emergency appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Emergency Calls: Emergency dispatch services (available via (717) 405-4017) may be subject to specialized after-hours diagnostic and dispatch fees.

3. Payment and Financing

Payment for services rendered, repairs, or diagnostic fees is due upon completion unless prior financing terms have been established. Financing options (such as those provided through Foundation Finance) are subject to credit approval, separate lender terms, minimum purchase thresholds, and applicable promotional fees (e.g., Same-As-Cash dealer fees).

4. Warranties

Equipment installations come with manufacturer warranties (such as Rheem equipment tiers) coupled with our workmanship guarantees. Warranties are contingent upon proper equipment maintenance and registration where applicable. Warranties may be voided if unauthorized alterations or repairs are performed by third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

JJJ Techs Heating & Cooling shall not be held liable for pre-existing building code violations, structural defects, hidden mold/asbestos, or pre-existing system failures encountered during service visits. Our liability for any direct damages arising from services performed shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service call or installation.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, with primary jurisdiction in Lancaster and Chester County, PA.
